Monaghsoft was started because the two things that determine whether a business grows — good sales execution and good software — are almost never found in the same place.
We spent years on the front line — running teams, managing pipelines, and closing deals — before we started writing code to make it more repeatable.
That sequence matters. Most software agencies will build whatever you describe. We push back when the description is wrong, because we have been in the room where the process breaks down.
We are based in Monaghan and Dublin, and work with clients across Ireland and further afield. Most of our work is long term — we are not trying to sell a project and disappear.
